摘要
纺织基尿液监测系统的开发在患者尿液监测中具有重要意义。首先,介绍了该系统的基本构成,包括传感区、纺织基底和信号处理部分。总结了常用的传感材料,并探讨了通用的纺织品设计方案,同时简要描述了信号处理部分的功能。接着,根据物理、化学及生物特性,对尿液传感器进行了分类。通过对漏尿情况下癌症、神经退行性疾病、代谢性疾病及感染性疾病的生物标志物监测应用进行了总结。最后,讨论了面临的挑战并展望了未来的发展方向。
The development of the textile-based urine monitoring system holds significant importance for patient urine monitoring.Firstly,the basic components of this system were introduced,including the sensing area,the textile substrate,and the signal processing part.Commonly used sensing materials were summarized,and a general textile design schemes were discussed.Meanwhile,the functions of the signal processing part were briefly described.Then,urine sensors were classified based on their physical,chemical and biological characteristics.The monitoring applications of biomarkers for cancer,neurodegenerative diseases,metabolic diseases and infectious diseases in incontinence cases were summarized.Finally,the challenges faced were discussed and the future development directions were prospected.
