微生物燃料电池改性研究进展

Research progress on the modification of microbial fuel cells

摘要 微生物燃料电池是利用微生物作为催化剂,对有机碳和无机物进行氧化、降解,并产生电能的装置。考虑到最近的微生物燃料电池开发,介绍了微生物燃料电池的基本工作原理、电子转移机制以及电池组件。深入探讨了微生物电化学系统中的微生物燃料电池存在的问题,着重从电极的改造、细菌的基因改造、细菌的化学改造以及细菌微环境的改造这4个角度介绍近几年对于这些问题的改善方法,为开发新型微生物燃料电池提供新的思路。 Microbial fuel cells are devices that use microorganisms as catalysts to oxidize and degrade organic carbon and inorganic substances,thereby generating electrical energy.Considering the recent development of microbial fuel cells,the basic working principles,electron transfer mechanisms,and cell components of microbial fuel cells were introduced.In-depth exploration was conducted on the issues associated with microbial fuel cells in microbial electrochemical systems,with a focus on introducing improvement methods in recent years from four perspectives:electrode modification,bacterial genetic modification,bacterial chemical modification,and bacterial microenvironment modification,providing new ideas for the development of new microbial fuel cells.
