从环境污染防治角度分析石煤钒矿空白焙烧中热源选择

Analysis of heat source selection in the additive-free roasting of stone Coal Vanadium Mine in terms of environmental pollution prevention and control

摘要 酒泉市石煤钒矿在空白焙烧中常用热源来自煤气发生炉或循环流化床气化炉产生的净煤气。循环流化床气化炉相比于煤气发生炉,不产生煤焦油、焦油渣及含酚废水,环境污染防治压力及治理成本较小,符合清洁生产理念,在无法集中供气的石煤钒矿行业,应优先考虑。 The heat source commonly used in the additive-free roasting of Jiuquan City's Stone Coal Vanadium Mine is the clean gas produced by either a Gasifier or a Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasifier.Compared to a gasifier,a circulating fluidized bed gasifier produces no coal tar,tar slag,or phenol-containing wastewater,and it poses less environmental pollution prevention and control pressure and costs.It aligns with the concept of clean production and should be given preference in industries where centralized gas supply is not feasible.
