摘要
针对传统卷带装置自动化程度低,存在存带、松卷、卷边不齐频发等问题,对自动卷带技术进行研究,设计了一种可实现卷带过程自动调控的钢丝绳芯输送带自动纠偏收卷装置。装置以输送带收卷过程横向张力控制为原理,设计了一种双托辊式自动纠偏机构,同时对输送带收卷恒张力控制策略进行研究,可在收卷过程中通过横向张力差驱使输送带回正,并抑制输送带收卷张力波动,消除输送带收卷跑偏。经实验测试验证,该装置可自动完成输送带平稳收卷及自动纠偏,卷边齐整、收卷效果较好,具备良好工程应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation,frequent occurrence of belt,loose roll and uneven edge of traditional tape winding device,the automatic tape winding technology is studied,and an automatic correction and winding device of wire rope core conveyor belt which can realize automatic control of tape winding process is designed.Based on the principle of transverse tension control in the winding process of conveyor belt,a double roller automatic correction mechanism is designed.At the same time,the constant tension control strategy of conveyor belt winding is studied.In the process of winding,the conveyor belt can be driven back to normal by transverse tension difference,and the fluctuation of winding tension of conveyor belt can be suppressed to eliminate the winding deviation of conveyor belt.The experimental test shows that the device can automatically complete the smooth winding and automatic correction of the conveyor belt,and the edge is neat and the winding effect is good,which has good engineering application value.
