摘要
随着国内主要大城市陆续进入后工业化时期,城市制造业发展面临着经济总量占比不断下降、产业空心化严重和工业用地利用粗放等问题,保障产业高质量发展凸显得尤为重要。文章以南京市工业用地为研究对象,从经济贡献、用地产出、空间分布和存量利用等方面分析现状存在问题,吸收国内先进城市工业用地管理和划线经验,提出合理构建“三级四类”工业用地控制线体系,对工业用地空间发展和用地调整优化给出建议,以期为城市工业用地管理提供经验借鉴。
With the major domestic cities are gradually entering the post industrialization period.The development of urban manufacturing industry is facing problems such as the continuous decline in the proportion of total economic output,serious hollowing out of industries,and inefficient use of industrial land.Ensuring high-quality development of industries is particularly important.The article takes industrial land in Nanjing as the research object,multi analysis the current situation and existing problems in utilization,by absorbing the experience of advanced urban industrial land management and control line delineation in China,the research results propose the rational construction of a“three-level four category”industrial land control line system,and provide suggestions for the development of industrial land space and the optimization of land use adjustment,in order to provide experience and reference for urban industrial land management.
