摘要
数字技术的持续迭代与升级,驱动着图书馆服务形态的深度变革。文章运用LDA主题模型对中国知网数据库中收录的有关图书馆数字化转型的研究成果开展主题聚类分析,基于传统TOE理论框架,构建“技术-组织-环境-数据”(TOE-D)四维协同模型,揭示图书馆数字化转型过程中技术赋能、组织重构、环境适配与数据驱动的耦合机制。最后,从关键要素出发,为图书馆数字化转型提供实践路径。
The continuous iteration and upgrading of digital technologies are driving in-depth changes in the service models of libraries.This study employs the LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)topic model to conduct thematic clustering analysis on the research results related to library digital transformation included in the CNKI database.Based on the traditional TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)theoretical framework,it constructs a“Technology-Organization-Environment-Data”(TOE-D)four-dimensional collaborative model,and reveals the coupling mechanism of technology empowerment,organizational restructuring,environmental adaptation,and data-driven development in the process of library digital transformation.Finally,starting from the key elements,practical paths are provided for the digital transformation of libraries.
