摘要
实验室信息管理系统(Laboratory Information Management System,LIMS)作为实验室数字化、智能化转型的核心支撑,在提升实验室管理效率、保障数据质量、优化资源配置以及促进成果转化等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。文章采用文献计量学方法,利用CiteSpace软件对近30年来实验室信息化管理系统的相关文献进行深入探究。研究结果表明,LIMS系统发展历经萌芽探索、基础建设、高速发展和价值延伸4个阶段,其本质是“起步探索-基础管理-互联网化-智能数字化”的演变过程。高频关键词如数字化、智能化等,揭示了当前实验室信息化管理系统的发展趋势;关键词聚类、突现和时间线图谱则展示了不同时间段的研究热点及发展趋势,旨在为实验室信息化管理系统未来的研究方向提供有益参考。
As a crucial underpinning for the digital and intelligent transformation of laboratories,the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS)plays an indispensable role in enhancing laboratory management efficiency,ensuring data quality,optimizing resource utilization,and facilitating the transformation of research achievements.Employing bibliometric methods,this study utilizes CiteSpace software to conduct an in-depth investigation into the literature related to LIMS over the past three decades.The research findings indicate that the development of LIMS has gone through four distinct phases:the embryonic exploration phase,the infrastructure construction phase,the rapid development phase,and the value extension phase.Essentially,this evolution follows a trajectory of“initial exploration-basic management-internet integration-intelligent digitalization”.High-frequency keywords such as“digitalization”and“intelligentization”reflect the current development trends of LIMS.Additionally,keyword clustering,burst detection,and timeline mapping illustrate the research hotspots and developmental trends in different time periods.The ultimate aim of this study is to provide valuable references for identifying future research directions in the field of LIMS.
