摘要
在数字经济与人工智能技术双重驱动下,发展新质生产力已成为推动高质量发展的动力源,而高质量发展也为新质生产力提供政策保障和战略指引,二者协调发展是时代的必然要求。文章构建新质生产力赋能区域高质量发展评价指标体系,引入熵值-灰关联法组合确定评价指标权重,利用河北省2013—2022年数据,运用耦合协调度与障碍度模型对新质生产力赋能区域高质量发展的障碍因素进行分析。
Driven by digital economy and artificial intelligence technology,the development of new quality productive forces has become the power source to promote high-quality development,and high-quality development also provides policy guarantee and strategic guidance for new quality productive forces.The coordinated development of the two is an inevitable requirement of the times.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality development of new quality productive forces-enabled regions,introduces the combination of entropy-grey correlation method to determine the weight of evaluation index,and uses the data of Hebei Province from 2013 to 2022 to analyze the obstacle factors of high-quality development of new quality productive forces-enabled regions by using the coupling coordination degree and obstacle degree model.
