电气化铁路对电力贯通线感应电耦合机理分析及安全作业措施

摘要 针对电气化铁路牵引供电系统对10 kV电力贯通线停电时产生的感应电危害开展研究。通过分析容性、阻性和感性耦合机理,揭示感应电形成的主要原因。结合感应电对人体的危害及危险电流标准,评估停电检修条件下作业人员面临的安全风险。从作业范围接地可靠、个人保安线合理使用及旁路措施有效实施3个方面提出防护措施,以确保感应电得到有效泄放和等电位处理。研究结果可为电力贯通线检修作业的安全规范提供参考,对提升停电检修作业的安全性具有重要意义。 This study investigates the hazards of induced electricity generated in 10 kV power through lines during de-energized maintenance conditions,caused by the traction power supply system of electrified railways.By analyzing the mechanisms of capacitive,resistive,and inductive coupling,the primary causes of induced electricity formation are revealed.Combined with the hazards of induced electricity to the human body and relevant hazardous current standards,the safety risks faced by maintenance personnel under de-energized conditions are assessed.Protective measures are proposed from three aspects:ensuring reliable grounding within the work area,rational use of personal protective grounding wires,and effective implementation of bypass measures,to ensure the effective discharge and equipotential treatment of induced electricity.The research results can provide references for formulating safety regulations for the maintenance of through lines and are significant for enhancing the safety of de-energized maintenance operations.
