烟草甲气门的超微结构研究

摘要 气门是气管与外界相连的开口,由体壁特殊演化而成,一般昆虫的气门位于身体两侧,且同种昆虫在不同生长阶段,气门的大小和形态有所变化。烟草甲为鞘翅目昆虫,分布地区广泛,会在储粮数量和质量上引起重大损失,是世界性的重要储粮害虫。本研究利用扫描电镜观察烟草甲幼虫和成虫气门的不同分布和形态结构。研究结果表明,烟草甲幼虫共有9对气门,前胸1对,腹部8对,分布于背部两侧,气门类型均为内闭式气门。胸部气门明显大于腹部气门,前胸气门长轴直径为(37.56±4.83)μm,腹部1~8节气门长轴直径在18.96~25.35μm之间。其胸部和腹部气门外观均呈不规则圆形,气门内部具有筛板,门筛外一侧有保护瓣。烟草甲成虫共有6对气门,后胸1对,腹部5对,气门类型为内闭式气门。气门多呈长椭圆形,气门的筛板呈褶皱状,表面光滑,分布密集。 The spiracle is the opening that connects the trachea to the external environment,which is evolved specially from the body wall.In genera,the spiracles of insects are located on both sides of the body,and the size and shape of the spiracles change during different growth stages of the same insect.The tobacco beetle is a coleopteran pest distributed in a wide range of areas,which can cause significant losses in both quantity and quality of stored grain,and is an important stroed-grain pest worldwide.In this study,the distribution and morphological structure of the spiracles in tobacco beetle larvae and adults were examined using a scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the beetle larvae had a total of nine pairs of spiracles:one pair on the prothorax and eight pairs on the abdomen,distributed on both sides of the back,all of which were of the internal closure type.The thoracic spiracles were significantly larger than the abdominal ones,with the long axis diameter of the thoracic spiracle being(37.56±4.83)μm,and the long axis diameter of the abdominal spiracles ranging from 18.96 to 25.35μm.Both the thoracic and abdominal spiracles appeared irregularly round,with a sieve plate inside the spiracle and a protective flap externally.The adults of the tobacco beetle were found to have a total of 6 pairs of spiracles:one pair on mesothorax and five pairs on the abdomen,all of which were of the internal closure type.Most spiracles were elongated oval in shape,with the sieve plate appearing wrinkled,smooth on the surface,and densely distributed.
