摘要
CTCS-3级列控系统是铁路无线通信承载的核心业务,是保障我国高铁安全高速运行的大脑。随着新一代移动通信技术在铁路领域的推广,CTCS-3级列控系统与下一代移动通信系统的适配方案与试验验证是工程示范应用的重要前提。对CTCS-3级列控系统适配下一代移动通信系统架构、冗余机制、网络模式选择,以及不同网络制式下RBC切换方案等进行探讨研究。国际首次在低速条件下验证了CTCS-3级列控系统与下一代移动通信系统的适配性,提前发现了潜在的问题和隐患,为后续现场高速试验,以及CTCS-3级列控业务平滑安全地迁移至下一代移动通信系统提供技术支撑。
The CTCS-3 train control system is the core business carried by railway wireless communication and serves as the brain ensuring safe and high-speed operation of high-speed railways in China.With the widespread application of new-generation mobile communication technology in the railway sector,the adaptation scheme of the CTCS-3 train control system to the next-generation mobile communication system and its experimental verification are crucial prerequisites for engineering demonstration and application.This paper explores the architecture,redundancy mechanisms,network mode selection,and RBC handover schemes under different network standards of the CTCS-3 train control system adapted to the next-generation mobile communication system.For the first time internationally,the adaptation of the CTCS-3 train control system to the next-generation mobile communication system was validated under low-speed conditions.Potential issues and risks were identified in advance,providing technical support for subsequent high-speed field tests and the smooth and secure migration of CTCS-3 train control services to the next-generation mobile communication system.
