摘要
依据中国国家铁路集团有限公司对铁路视频监控系统制定的标准、标准性技术文件及其他相关规定,针对铁路车站、区间线路及重点设施的视频监控摄像机布建需求进行研究。以铁路路桥(隧桥)结合部场景为例,详细论述视频监控摄像机的布建策略。通过分析视频监控感知需求类型与需求级别,结合实际设备选型与安装方式,提出满足铁路相关业务部门对视频监控需求的布建方案,并提供具体参数计算方法及典型场景下的参数计算结果,对铁路区间线路的安全监控具有借鉴意义。
Based on the standards,technical specifications,and other relevant regulations issued by China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.for railway video surveillance systems,this study investigates the requirements for deploying video surveillance cameras at railway stations,section lines,and key facilities.Taking the scenario of railway subgrade-bridge(tunnel-bridge)transition sections as an example,the deployment strategy for video surveillance cameras is discussed in detail.By analyzing the types and levels of video surveillance perception needs,combined with practical equipment selection and installation methods,a deployment scheme that meets the video surveillance requirements of relevant railway operational departments is proposed.The study also provides specific parameter calculation methods and results for typical scenarios,offering valuable insights for safety monitoring of railway section lines.
