摘要
文中讨论了地形对Rossby波稳定性的影响,指出,地形的南北坡和东西坡对Rossby波及其能量传播的影响是不同的。
The effects of the large-scale orography on the stability of Rossby wave using the method of multiple scale are discussed.The results show that the influences of orography with northsouth direction slope or west-east direction slope on the Rossby wave and energy propagation are different.
