摘要
海藻区系的研究与其他动植物区系的研究一样,不但要对组成区系的种类进行分类研究,而且还要阐明这些种类的生态性质,从而确定区系的特点,特别是区系的温度性质和区系的起源,为进一步发展海洋生物地理学,为资源的开发、利用及养殖事业的合理布局提供参考资料。迄今,一般的海藻区系工作多停留在物种的描述;有的也讨论到地理分布,但很少深入分析区系组成种类的性质,以求认清整个区系性质的全貌。
Studies on marine algal flora are generally limited to the description of species,and so far very little has been done on analytical studies in their nature and origin.Sometimes earlier,we have attempted on the problem of the regionation of the marine algal flora of the western part of the North Pacific;the flora in this vast area has beea divided into 16 minor regions to facilitate comparative studies and the temperature nature of these regions suggested.In the present paper,an attempt is made to delve into the problem of analytical studies in the nature and the origin of marine algal flora.
