摘要 在红藻(Rhodophyta)、蓝绿藻(Cyanophyta)和隐藻(Cryptophyta)中有着不同的藻胆蛋白,它们是这些藻类在光合作用中的辅助色素。藻胆蛋白是藻红蛋白、藻蓝蛋白和变藻蓝蛋白等的总称。 The absorption and fluorescence spectra of R-phycoerythrin from Polysiphonia urceolata in neutral,acidic,alkaline aqueous solutions and in presence of zinc acetate were measured.The excitation energy transfers,in aqueous solutions,through R-phycoerythrin,Cphycocyanin,Allo-phycocyanin(isolated from Porphyra yezoensis),Beta-carotene and chlorophyll a(isolated from Impatiens sultanii Hook.f.)were observed.The molecular weights of the two subunits and the ratio of the two subunit contents were determined by SDS-Discontinuous Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoreses.The n’s of the aggregate composition(α_(2)β)_(n),in neutral buffer,were determined to be both 6 and 9 through Sephadex G-200 Gel Filtration.The concentration effects of the fluorescence spectra of R-phycoerythrin in solutions of various concentrations were observed.The quenching effect on the fluorescence of Rphycoerythrin by iodide ion was measured.When F_(0)/△F was plotted against I/[I^(-1)],a straight line was obtained.Through the quenching test,the presence of different aggregate forms was further proved.
