摘要
开发海洋石油需要使用固定式平台、浮动式平台或钻井船。不论在设计制造平台和钻井船时,还是在建成以后的海上作业期间,都必须详细地了解海洋环境对平台与船舶的影响。因此,必须掌握海洋环境资料,其中特别是海洋水文气象资料,以便对这个问题进行深入的研究。1966年以后,我们在已建成的石油平台上、海洋调查船上或者利用锚碇浮标收集资料以研究海洋环境对石油平台的影响问题。
Measurements of hydrographic elements,such as current,tide,wave force and ice conditions in some regions near the oil platforms have been made for some years since 1966.In this paper,the methods and installations of equipments used for these measurements are briefly introduced and some results obtained from the analysis of the data are presented.
