专利视角下城市生态治理领域碳中和技术发展态势

Development Trends of Carbon Neutrality Technologies in the Field of Urban Ecological Governance from a Patent Perspective

摘要 [研究目的]伴随着“双碳”目标的提出,全球范围内碳中和技术与城市生态治理领域交叉融合并快速发展。系统梳理城市生态治理领域碳中和技术发展的阶段特征、区域差异及核心驱动因素,不仅有助于构建城市生态治理碳中和技术研究的理论体系,更可为地区政府进行资源调度分配及相关企业开展技术研发应用提供具体指向。[研究方法]以Patsnap专利数据库为来源,基于全球范围内2003—2025年共29851条城市生态治理领域碳中和技术专利数据,从专利申请趋势、地缘区域、技术领域、专利价值等多维度对其展开分析。[研究结论]城市生态治理领域的碳中和技术发展历经慢速发展期、平稳发展期及爆发增长期三个时期,技术热点领域由有机高分子化合物、传统燃料等逐步转变为电池及电力储能技术。日本早期通过实施知识产权战略在较长时间内占据了专利申请的主要地位;爆发增长期(2020—2025年),我国城市生态治理领域碳中和技术专利申请量及专利价值跃居第一。基于全球城市生态治理领域碳中和技术专利发展态势,结合我国当前优势与挑战,未来应强化政策协同、聚焦前沿突破、加强专利运营、优化国际策略,着力完善创新生态体系,突破技术贸易壁垒,为城市生态治理碳中和技术发展营造良好氛围。 [Research purpose]With the proposal of the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goals,carbon neutrality technologies worldwide have undergone cross-integration with the field of urban ecological governance and achieved rapid development.Systematically sorting out the stage characteristics,regional differences,and core driving forces of carbon neutrality technology development in the field of urban ecological governance not only helps construct a theoretical system for the research on carbon neutrality technologies in urban ecological governance,but also provides specific guidance for regional governments in resource scheduling and allocation as well as for relevant enterprises in technology research,development and application.[Research method]Taking the Patsnap Patent Database as the data source,this study conducts a multi-dimensional analysis on 29851 pieces of carbon neutrality technology patent data in the field of urban ecological governance globally from 2003 to 2025,covering aspects such as patent application trends,geographical regions,technical fields,and patent values.[Research conclusion]The development of carbon neutrality technologies in the field of urban ecological governance has gone through three phases:a slow development phase,a steady development phase,and an explosive growth phase.The hot technical fields have gradually shifted from organic polymer compounds,traditional fuels,etc.,to battery and electric energy storage technologies.In the early stage,Japan occupied a dominant position in patent applications for a long time by implementing intellectual property strategies.From 2020 to 2025,in the explosive growth phase,China ranked first in the number of patent applications and patent value of carbon neutrality technologies in the field of urban ecological governance.Based on the development trends of carbon neutrality technology patents in the global field of urban ecological governance and combined with China's current advantages and challenges,this paper proposes that it is necessary to strengthen policy coordination,focus on frontier breakthroughs,enhance patent operation,optimize international strategies,strive to improve the innovation ecosystem,and break through technical trade barriers,so as to create a favorable environment for the development of carbon neutrality technologies in urban ecological governance.
