理想焊趾形状焊接接头的疲劳试验与寿命预测

摘要 针对传统疲劳评定方法难以应用于具有光滑过渡焊趾形状的高质量焊接结构的问题,采用试验手段研究了峰值应力法的适用性和实施策略。设计并制造了5根具有圆弧过渡焊趾形状的十字焊接接头试件,开展了恒幅载荷的拉伸疲劳试验,发现疲劳裂纹仍萌生于焊趾局部,获得了相应的试验寿命。基于峰值应力法原理,研究了焊趾不同方位角θ下的应力分布规律,提出了圆弧过渡焊趾局部峰值应力的构造方法,估算了试件疲劳寿命。对比研究表明:峰值应力法可用于光滑过渡焊趾形状焊接接头的疲劳寿命预测,现有文献的峰值应力构造方法即可获得满足工程应用的精度要求。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional fatigue evaluation method is difficult to be applied to high-quality welded structures with smooth transition toe shape,the applicability and implementation strategy of peak stress method are discussed by experimental means.Five cross welded joint specimens with circular arc transition toe shape are designed and manufactured,and the tensile fatigue test under constant amplitude load is carried out.It is found that fatigue cracks still originate in the weld toe,and the corresponding test life is obtained.Based on the principle of peak stress method,the stress distribution law of weld toe under different azimuth anglesθis studied,the construction method of local peak stress of arc transition weld toe is put forward,and the fatigue life of specimen is estimated.The research shows that the peak stress method can be used to predict the fatigue life of welded joints with smooth transition toe shape,and the accuracy requirements of the practical engineering application can be satisfactorily met by the current peak stress constructing method.
