摘要
采用无溶剂聚酯多元醇树脂和无溶剂异氰酸酯固化剂制备了无溶剂聚氨酯腻子。对树脂体系、填料复配比例、触变剂、催干剂等进行研究,并优化配方。实验结果表明,当固化剂过量5%(质量分数,后同),复配填料采用硅灰石粉10%~20%、重质碳酸钙30%~40%,触变剂用量0.9%,催干剂添加量0.45%~0.75%时,腻子具有最佳综合性能。经过检测,腻子固体分99.9%,柔韧性2 mm,附着力10 MPa,固化速率可根据现场施工环境按需调整。所研发的腻子可用于风电叶片、玻璃钢储罐等装备。
This paper presents the development of a solvent-free polyurethane putty using solvent-free polyester polyol resin and solventfree isocyanate curing agent.The resin system,filler compounding ratio,thixotropic agent,and drier were systematically studied,and the formulation was optimized.The test results show that the putty exhibits optimal comprehensive properties when the curing agent is used in a 5%(wt%,the same below)excess,the compounded fillers consist of 10%~20%wollastonite powder and 30%~40%heavy calcium carbonate,the thixotropic agent content is 0.9%,and the drier addition is 0.45%~0.75%.Testing indicates that the putty has a solid content of 99.9%,flexibility of 2 mm,adhesion of 10 MPa,and a curing rate that can be adjusted according to on-site construction conditions.The developed putty is suitable for applications in wind turbine blades,FRP storage tanks,and other equipment.
