摘要
民国时期,科学治河思想蔚然成风,森林治河派和工程治河派凭借其不同的学科理论,分别提出各自治理黄河的主张。两种观点演变和争论的背后蕴含着学术传承、学科差异与研究视角方面的不同,在实践中则受到自然环境与人类社会的极大制约。彼时围绕治河产生了两派观点,进而形成林水相争的言论,并通过报刊杂志不断向外传播。研究民国时期出现的林水相争现象,可以为今日黄河流域生态保护和经济高质量发展提供有益的借鉴。
During the Republican era of China,the concept of scientific river management gained significant prominence.Divergent academic schools,including the Forestry Approach and the Engineering Approach proposed distinct strategies for Yellow River governance based on their respective disciplinary theories.The evolution and contention between these perspectives reflected underlying differences in academic traditions,disciplinary paradigms,and research orientations.In practice,both approaches faced substantial constraints imposed by natural environmental conditions and social factors.This period witnessed the emergence of two competing schools of thought,leading to the widely disseminated“Forestry vs.Engineering”debate through contemporary periodicals.Examining this historical discourse of competing river management philosophies provides valuable insights for informing contemporary ecological conservation and high-quality economic development initiatives within the Yellow River Basin.
