基于CFD的小型汽轮机平衡孔动态仿真及特性研究

摘要 针对小型汽轮机平衡孔前压力难以精准确定的问题,以某型汽轮机叶轮平衡孔为研究对象,基于计算流体动力学(CFD)建立“2进口-平衡孔-1出口”全流场模型,进行网格无关性验证和仿真计算。结果表明,前腔室稳压0.036825 MPa(绝对压力)可抵消轴向推力,流场稳定,轴封防漏佳。研究结果可为平衡孔设计提供支撑。 A full-flow field model with two inlets,balance holes,and a single outlet is established based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),using the balance holes of a specific marine steam turbine impeller as the research subject,and grid independence verification and simulation calculations are performed.Results demonstrate that a stabilized pressure of 0.036825 MPa(absolute pressure)in the front chamber can effectively counteract axial thrust,ensure stable flow fields,and provide excellent shaft seal leakage prevention.The research results can offer critical support for the design of balance holes.
