摘要
某船主推进用MTU20V1163M94型柴油机航行试验期间出现高负荷工况下第5号废气涡轮增压器无法投入使用的故障,停机拆检时发现该机的进气系统附件及管路中进入了数量较多的滑油。结合航行试验期间该机的报警情况,对该型柴油机进气系统和曲轴箱透气系统原理进行分析,提出进气系统异常进油原因及解决方案。
During the sea trial test of MTU20V1163M94 diesel used as main engines by one ship,the No.5 exhaust gas turbocharger failed to be put into use under high load condition,when this diesel engine is shut down for disassembly and inspection,a large amount of lube oil is found in the air intake system accessories and pipelines.Based on the alarm of the engine during the sea trial test and analysis of the principle of the air intake system and crankcase ventilation system of this diesel engine,it provides the reason analysis and solution of abnormal lube oil intake in the air intake system.
