摘要
高校作为网络意识形态传播的重要角力场,是网络意识形态安全治理的前沿阵地。从信息传播五要素(即传播者、受传者、讯息、媒介和反馈)出发,可系统识别当前高校网络空间中传播主体与对象、内容生态、平台机制及诉求表达等方面存在的意识形态安全风险。强化传播主体能力建设,优化内容生产与供给机制,创新媒介形态与传播方式,健全反馈响应与调控体系,是构建更加科学、可持续的高校网络意识形态安全治理格局的优选之路。
As a major arena of online ideology dissemination,universities serve as the forefront of online ideological security governance.Ideological security risks that exist in the current university cyberspace concerning dissemination subjects and objects,content ecology,platform mechanisms,and expression of demands among others can be systematically identified from the five elements of information dissemination(i.e.disseminator,recipient,message,medium,and feedback).Therefore,it is a preferable approach to the building of a more scientific and more sustainable pattern of university online ideological security governance by strengthening the capacity building of communication entities,optimizing content production and supply mechanisms,innovating media forms and communication methods,and improving feedback response and regulation systems.
