西来峰电厂油枪改造中的智能化应用与节能效果分析

摘要 旨在研究西来峰电厂油枪智能化改造,探讨智能化控制系统在提升燃烧效率、降低能源消耗和排放方面的应用与效果。改造后的油枪通过精准的喷油量控制、智能温控和实时监测等技术,显著提高了锅炉的燃烧效率,减少了能源浪费,降低了运行成本。节能效果分析结果表明,油枪改造后,年油耗减少了16.7%,降低了能源费用。进一步研究智能化系统的长期优化路径,以期进一步提升燃烧效率和系统稳定性。研究结果表明,智能化油枪系统为电厂的节能降耗和环保升级提供了有效的技术支持,具有广泛的应用前景。 This paper aims to study the intelligent transformation of oil guns at Xilaifeng Power Plant,exploring the application and effects of intelligent control systems in enhancing combustion efficiency,reducing energy consumption,and lowering emissions.The transformed oil gun,through technologies such as precise fuel injection control,intelligent temperature regulation,and real-time monitoring,significantly improves boiler combustion efficiency,reduces energy waste,and lowers operational costs.Analysis of the energy-saving effects indicates that after the oil gun transformation,the annual fuel consumption decreased by 16.7%,leading to a reduction in energy expenses.Further research is conducted on the long-term optimization paths of the intelligent system to further enhance combustion efficiency and system stability.The research results demonstrate that the intelligent oil gun system provides effective technical support for energy conservation,emission reduction,and environmental protection upgrades in power plants,showing broad application prospects.
