变电站35 kV SVG故障跳闸分析及处理技术研究

摘要 对某公司18台35 kV静止无功发生器(SVG)设备运行数据的分析表明,设备故障主要包括功率模块散热不良、电缆绝缘击穿、控制保护装置异常和电网波动4类问题。其中,功率模块故障占41%,电缆故障占23%,沙柳变电站SVG闭锁次数超过50次。对SVG功率模块实施N+2冗余配置方案,通过将谐波保护定值从5%上调至5.8%来优化运行参数,并制定设备季度检修维护制度,使设备故障率下降59%,系统可用率增长12个百分点,SVG闭锁次数减少80%。这些运维经验对提升SVG设备运行可靠性具有重要参考价值。 An analysis of the operational data from 18 sets of 35 kV Static Var Generator(SVG)at a certain company reveals that equipment failures mainly involve four categories of issues:inadequate heat dissipation in power modules,cable insulation breakdown,abnormalities in control and protection devices,and grid fluctuations.Among these,power module failures account for 41%,cable failures account for 23%,and the SVG at Shaliu Substation experienced more than 50 lockout incidents.By implementing an N+2 redundancy configuration scheme for SVG power modules,optimizing operational parameters through raising the harmonic protection setting from 5%to 5.8%,and establishing a quarterly equipment maintenance system,the equipment failure rate is decreased by 59%,the system availability is increased by 12 percentage points,and the number of SVG lockout incidents is reduced by 80%.These operation and maintenance experiences hold significant reference value for enhancing the operational reliability of SVG equipment.
