新型金属整体油箱模拟件失效过程研究

摘要 飞机整体油箱结构的密封性对飞机安全性至关重要,因此针对整体油箱密封安全性的研究十分必要。根据整体油箱结构在飞机中的受力特点,设计了一个新型铝合金整体油箱模拟件。对其进行静力试验以及破坏试验,分析了飞机整体油箱模拟件的性能及密封失效原因。同时,利用有限元软件对油箱模拟件破坏试验进行模拟。通过将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,分析试验件的密封失效过程。结果表明:这种密封方式的整体油箱结构破坏前都能保证其密封性。 Sealing properties of aircraft integral fuel tank structure is crucial for ensuring aircraft safety.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on the sealing safety of integral fuel tanks.According to the force characteristics of the overall tank structure in the aircraft,a novel aluminum alloy simulator specifically tailored for integral fuel tanks was designed.Through static and failure tests,the performance of the aircraft's integral fuel tank simulator and the reason for seal failures were analyzed.Additionally,the finite element software was employed to simulate the failure tests of the fuel tank simulation component.By compared simulation results with actual test results,the seal failure process of the test was analyzed.The results show that the sealing property of the integral fuel tank can be guaranteed before the damage of integral fuel tank structure.
