镁合金舱体铸件热处理及加工变形研究

Study on Heat Treatment and Processing Deformation of Magnesium Alloy Cabin Castings

摘要 镁合金舱体铸件为具有内凸缘结构的筒形构件,在热处理和后续机加工过程中容易变形超差,降低该类构件的合格率。变形主要来源于热处理过程中产生的变形和热处理引起的残余应力对后续机加工影响产生的变形。以某型号大型镁合金舱体铸件为研究对象,建立了热处理和机加工有限元模型,分析了热处理过程中舱体铸件的变形规律,同时研究了热处理产生的残余应力对后续机加工变形的影响规律,将热处理后的残余应力作为机加工的初始残余应力,对比分析了不同的粗加工工序对舱体铸件变形的影响规律。结果表明,热处理过程中舱体铸件变形严重,加装工装能较好地抑制舱体铸件热处理过程中的变形。在粗加工过程中先去除工装再进行外圆的粗加工有利于减小舱体铸件变形。 The magnesium alloy cabin casting is a thin-walled cylindrical component with an inner flange structure.It is easy to deform out of tolerance during heat treatment and subsequent machining,which reduces the qualification rate of the type of component.The deformation mainly comes from the deformation generated during the heat treatment and the deformation caused by the residual stress caused by the heat treatment on the subsequent machining.With a large magnesium alloy module casting,the heat treatment and machining finite element model were established,the deformation rules of cabin casting during heat treatment was analyzed.Meanwhile,the influence of residual stress generated by heat treatment on subsequent machining deformation was studied.The residual stress after heat treatment is taken as the initial residual stress under machining and the influence of different rough processes on the deformation of cabin casting.The results show that the cabin casting is deformed seriously during the heat treatment,and the installation of tooling can better suppress the deformation during the heat treatment of the cabin casting.The rough machining that removes the tooling before the outer circle is conducive to reduce the deformation of the cabin casting.
