摘要
目的:观察调督理筋针法联合整脊推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月期间医院诊疗的98例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,各49例。全部患者均接受常规治疗,对照组实施整脊推拿治疗,观察组实施调督理筋针法联合整脊推拿治疗,持续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前、治疗后中医证候积分,治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周的疼痛程度、颈椎功能。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前VAS评分、NDI评分比较无差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗各时点VAS、NDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经根型颈椎病患者接受调督理筋针法联合整脊推拿治疗,能缓解患者症状,减轻疼痛,促进患者颈椎功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the combined use of regulating tendon acupuncture and spinal manipulation and massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:98 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated at the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinyang from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.All patients received routine treatment,with the control group receiving spinal manipulation and massage therapy,and the observation group receiving a combination of regulating tendon acupuncture and spinal manipulation and massage therapy for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared,as well as the pain levels before treatment,1 week after treatment,and 2 weeks after treatment[evaluated using Visual Analog Scale(VAS)]and cervical spine function[evaluated using Neck Disability Index(NDI)].Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores and NDI scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,VAS scores and NDI scores decreased in both groups,with a decrease in scores after 2 weeks of treatment compared to 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).The observation group had lower scores than the control group at all time points of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can receive treatment with the combined use of regulating tendon acupuncture technique and spinal manipulation and massage,which can alleviate symptoms,reduce pain,and promote the recovery of cervical function.
