幼儿园教师儿童友好理念的实践转化困境及纾解策略

The Dilemma of the Transformation of Kindergarten Teachers’Child-Friendly Concept into Practice and Its Alleviation Strategies

摘要 在《中华人民共和国学前教育法》颁布和儿童友好城市建设的背景下,幼儿权利保障引发社会广泛关注。儿童友好理念是基于儿童视角的权利保护,其实践转化对保障幼儿权利、促进学前教育高质量发展具有重要意义。幼儿园教师作为幼儿园理念和活动的具体实施者,儿童友好理念的实践转化依赖于幼儿园教师群体的专业践行。本研究采用质性研究方法,对10名幼儿园教师进行深度访谈,探讨其儿童友好理念实践转化过程中面临的困境及成因。通过对访谈内容进行三级编码,发现幼儿园教师在践行儿童友好理念过程中主要面临以下五个困境:经验困境、认知困境、教师利益冲突困境、管理者利益博弈困境以及家长协调困境。基于此,提出针对性的纾解策略:突出实践体验,抵制经验困境;丰富传播途径,改善认知困境;引入儿童视角,改善教师利益冲突困境;提供组织支持,应对管理者利益博弈困境;重视家园共育,化解家长协调困境。 Under the background of the promulgation of the Law on Preschool Education of the People’s Re-public of China and the construction of child-friendly cities,the protection of the rights of early childhood has a-roused widespread social attention.The concept of child-friendly is based on the protection of rights from children’s perspective,and its practical transformation is of great significance in safeguarding the rights of early childhood and promoting the high-quality development of preschool education.Kindergarten teachers as the concrete imple-menters,the practical transformation of child-friendly concept relies on the professional practice of kindergarten teacher groups.This study used qualitative research methods to conduct in-depth interviews with 10 kindergarten teachers to explore the dilemmas and causes of the dilemmas in the process of transforming their child-friendly con-cepts.Through the three-level coding of the interview content,it was found that kindergarten teachers faced the fol-lowing five main dilemmas in practicing child-friendly concept:the experience dilemma,the cognitive dilemma,the teacher’s conflict of interest dilemma,the administrator’s interest game dilemma,and the parental coordina-tion dilemma.Based on these findings,the following alleviation strategies were proposed:highlighting practical ex-perience to resist the experience dilemma;enriching communication channels to improve the cognitive dilemma;in-troducing children’s perspectives to improve the teacher’s conflict of interest dilemma;providing organizational support to deal with the administrator’s interest game dilemma;and paying attention to home and family co-educa-tion to resolve the parents’coordination dilemma.
