摘要
基孔肯雅病毒(chikungunya virus,CHIKV)是一种由伊蚊传播的虫媒病毒,感染后可引起发热、皮疹、关节痛等症状,严重时可导致长期残疾。目前,针对CHIKV感染只能采取对症治疗。近期,全球首款CHIKV疫苗Ixchiq虽已在美国获批,但其在地域、人群中的使用限制使得全球CHIKV感染防控仍然面临挑战。本文综述了CHIKV疫苗研发的最新进展,包括灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗等新型疫苗防护策略。不断涌现的疫苗研究为CHIKV防控提供了新的方向和希望。
Chikungunya virus(CHIKV)is an arbovirus transmitted by the Aedes aegypti,which can cause symptoms such as fever,rash,and joint pain,potentially leading to long-term disabilities in severe cases.Currently,the only available therapeutic intervention for CHIKV infection is symptomatic relief.Recently,the world's first CHIKV vaccine,Ixchiq,has been approved in the United States;however,its use is restricted by geographic and demographic factors,posing ongoing challenges for global CHIKV infection control.This review summarizes the latest advancements in CHIKV vaccine development,including inactivated vaccines,live attenuated vaccines,and virus-like particle vaccines as novel protective strategies.The emergence of new vaccine research offers fresh directions and hopes for CHIKV prevention and control.
