摘要
为规范四川省医疗机构住院药学诊查服务、提升服务质量、保障患者用药安全与合理,四川省药事管理质量控制中心依据相关法律法规,结合药学服务特点,组织专家制定了该规范。该规范全面且系统地明确了住院药学诊查服务的基本要求、服务管理要求、服务内容和流程、质量控制与评价改进等关键内容,为各级各类医疗机构开展住院药学诊查服务提供了理论参考和实践指导。该规范的建立,推动了四川省医疗机构住院药学诊查服务的标准化、同质化,不仅有助于规范药学服务行为,更促进了药学服务模式转变升级,为新时期药学服务高质量发展奠定坚实基础。
These specifications aim to further standardize the inpatient pharmacy care in medical institutions across Sichuan Province,enhance the quality of pharmacy services,and ensure the safety and rationality of patient medication.Based on relevant laws and regulations and considering the unique characteristics of pharmacy services,the Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Quality Control Center in Sichuan assembled an expert team.This expert team was then tasked with elaborately formulating these specifications.These specifications comprehensively cover fundamental requirements,service management regulations,detailed service content and operational protocols,quality-control architectures,and evaluation-enhancement strategies for inpatient pharmacy care.These specifications provide both theoretical guidance and practical implementation advice for medical institutions.The establishment of these specifications has significantly accelerated the standardization and homogenization of inpatient pharmacy care in medical institutions throughout Sichuan Province.It not only plays a pivotal role in standardizing pharmacy service practices but also promotes the transformation and evolution of pharmacy service models.As a result,it firmly lays the foundation for the high-quality development of pharmacy services in the current era.
