摘要
数字化背景下,高校“一站式”学生社区作为一种创新型学生管理模式应运而生,其在党建引领基层治理中的作用尤为关键。本文基于广东某民办本科“一站式”学生社区建设的工作实践,运用问卷调查、经验总结等方法,对如何进一步发挥“一站式”学生社区在党建引领基层治理中的作用进行研究,旨在为提升民办高校学生社区思想政治工作质量、强化高校学生社区育人功能。
Against the backdrop of digitalization,the"One-Stop"student community in colleges and universities has emerged as an innovative student management model,and its role in grassroots governance led by Party building is particularly crucial.Based on the practical experience of building a"One-Stop"student community at a private undergraduate university in Guangdong,this paper adopts methods such as questionnaire surveys and experience summarization to study how to further exert the role of the"One-Stop"student community in grassroots governance led by Party building.The research aims to improve the quality of ideological and political work in student communities of private colleges and universities and strengthen the education function of student communities in colleges and universities.
