摘要
目的探讨补中益气汤结合生物反馈电刺激治疗女性轻中度压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床效果,应用三维盆底超声进行疗效评估。方法选取35例女性轻中度SUI患者作为试验组,另选取35例健康女性作为对照组。试验组接受补中益气汤口服联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,疗程为4周。采用三维盆底超声测量并比较2组基线数据及试验组治疗前后的膀胱颈移动度(BND)、尿道旋转角(URA)及静息与Valsalva状态下的肛提肌裂孔面积(LHA)。结果试验组的BND、URA及静息与Valsalva状态下的LHA均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的BND、URA及静息与Valsalva状态下LHA均小于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤结合生物反馈电刺激的方法能显著缩小女性轻中度SUI患者的BND、URA及LHA,三维盆底超声检查能够有效评估其盆底功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in female patients with mild-to-moderate stress urinary incontinence(SUI),employing three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound for therapeutic efficacy evaluation.Methods 35 female patients with mild-to-moderate SUI(experimental group)and 35 healthy female volunteers(control group)were enrolled.The experimental group received a 4-week therapeutic regimen combining oral administration of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy.Three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound was employed to measure and compare baseline parameters between the 2 cohorts,as well as pre-and post-therapeutic data within the experimental cohort,encompassing bladder neck descent(BND),urethral rotation angle(URA),and levator hiatus area(LHA)under both resting state and Valsalva maneuver conditions.Results The experimental group exhibited greater BND,URA,and LHA under both resting state and Valsalva maneuver conditions compared to the control group at baseline(P<0.05).Post-therapeutic evaluation demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in BND,URA,and LHA measurements within the experimental group compared to their pretreatment values(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic regimen integrating Buzhong Yiqi decoction with biofeedback electrical stimulation can significantly reduce BND,URA,and LHA in women with mild-to-moderate SUI.Three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound serves as an effective imaging modality for assessing pelvic floor functional improvements.
