摘要
颞骨胆脂瘤是一种常见的侵蚀性病变,主要累及颞骨,可引发多种颅外和颅内并发症,面瘫即为其中之一。颞骨胆脂瘤在治疗上需要手术切除,本文从颞骨胆脂瘤手术中面神经的保护、术中面神经损伤后的处理以及胆脂瘤并发面瘫的治疗等方面进行阐述。
Temporal bone cholesteatoma is a common invasive lesion affecting the temporal bone,leading to a series of extracranial and intracranial complications,with facial nerve paralysis being one.The treatment of temporal bone cholesteatoma typically requires surgical resection to prevent its complications.The article discusses the preservation of the facial nerve during temporal bone cholesteatoma surgery,the management of intraoperative facial nerve injury,and the treatment of cholesteatoma-associated facial paralysis.
