城市地下排水管网GIS数据质量控制模式探讨

摘要 管网GIS数据质量是排水管网数字化的核心问题之一。针对海量多源异构数据与低效管理模式制约数据质量提升的现状,提出覆盖数据全生命周期的质量控制体系,建立涵盖数据采集标准化、质量量化评估、动态监控与分级治理的全周期管控机制,形成规范化作业范式。经实际管网数据验证,该体系显著提升数据治理效率,相较于传统经验驱动模式,可实现数据质量快速优化,为排水管网智慧化运营与精细化管理提供关键技术支持。 The quality of pipeline GIS data is one of the core issues in the digitalization of drainage networks.In response to the current constraints posed by massive,multi-source heterogeneous data and inefficient management models on data quality improvement,this paper proposes a quality control system covering the entire data lifecycle.It establishes a comprehensive management mechanism that includes standardized data collection,quantitative quality assessment,dynamic monitoring,and tiered governance,forming a standardized operational paradigm.Verified with actual pipeline network data,this system significantly enhances data governance efficiency.Compared to traditional experience-driven approaches,it enables rapid data quality optimization,providing critical technical support for the intelligent operation and refined management of drainage networks.
