摘要
食源性微生物是影响食品安全的重要风险因子,备受关注。随着对食源性微生物检测要求的不断提高,微生物检测技术不断迭代更新。本文介绍基于分子生物学的微生物检测技术原理及其应用进展,以期为未来研究相关领域的前沿技术提供参考。
Foodborne microorganisms are important risk factors affecting food safety and have received widespread attention.With the continuous improvement of requirements for the detection of foodborne microorganisms,microbial detection technologies are constantly being iterated and updated.This article introduces the principles and application progress of microbial detection technology based on molecular biology,with the aim of providing a reference for future research on the cutting-edge technologies in related fields.
