粮食储藏安全是确保粮食供应安全的重要基础。因此,探究粮食储藏期食品安全风险管控策略尤为重要。本文阐述粮食储藏期食品安全的重要性,分析粮食储藏期可能面临的食品安全风险,并针对不同的安全风险提出相应的管控措施,旨在为粮食储藏工作提供参考。
The safety of grain storage is an important foundation for ensuring the security of grain supply.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the strategies for controlling food safety risks during the storage period of grains.This article expounds the significance of food safety during the storage period of grains,analyzes the possible food safety risks that grains may face during this period,and proposes targeted control measures for different safety risks,aiming to provide references for grain storage work.
