摘要
随着食品产业快速发展、新兴业态不断涌现,食品安全监管面临诸多新挑战,如新兴食品业态监管滞后、基层监管资源不足、企业自律与社会监督缺位等。为完善食品安全监管体系、提升监管效能,以保障食品消费安全,推动食品行业健康发展,本文提出完善新兴食品业态监管体系、加强基层监管资源与技术扶持、强化企业主体责任与社会共治等针对性改进对策。
With the rapid development of the food industry and the continuous emergence of new business forms,food safety supervision is facing many new challenges,such as the lagging supervision of new food business forms,insufficient grassroots supervision resources,and the absence of enterprise self-discipline and social supervision.To improve the food safety supervision system,enhance supervision efficiency,ensure food consumption safety and promote the healthy development of the food industry,this paper proposes targeted improvement measures such as perfecting the supervision system for emerging food business forms,strengthening supervision resources and technical support at the grassroots level,and reinforcing the main responsibility of enterprises and social cogovernance.
