摘要
为探索等离子体预处理对织物拒水整理效果的影响,以涤棉坯布为基布,在煮漂前后分别进行等离子体预处理,之后采用浸轧工艺制备疏水性涤棉织物。设定等离子体处理参数、拒水剂质量浓度,利用织物沾水仪测试并比较织物拒水性。测试结果表明:等离子体预处理可以增强织物的拒水性;涤棉针织物经过拒水整理后其沾水评级最高等级为3级,经过等离子体预处理的拒水织物沾水评级最高可达4~5级;在等离子体处理功率2 kW、处理时间30 s、防水剂质量浓度30 g/L的工艺条件下,织物沾水性增强程度最为显著。
In order to explore the effect of plasma pretreatment on the water-repellent finish of fabric,plasma pretreatment is conducted on polyester-cotton fabric before and after scouring and bleaching,followed by the preparation of hydrophobic polyester-cotton fabric using the dip-pad process.Parameters such as plasma treatment conditions and the mass concentration of the water-repellent agent are set,and the hydrophobicity of the fabrics is tested and compared using a fabric wetting tester.The test results show that plasma pretreatment can enhance the hydrophobicity of fabrics.After water-repellent finishing,the highest wetting rating for polyester-cotton knitted fabric is 3,while the highest wetting rating for plasma-pretreated water-repellent fabric could reach 4~5.Under the process conditions of 2 kW plasma treatment power,30 s treatment time,and a water-repellent agent mass concentration of 30 g/L,the improvement in fabric hydrophobicity is most significant.
