摘要
结合云南省集体土地征收业务实际需求,采用插件式、组装式开发技术,构建了云南省集体土地征收综合管理平台。该平台通过移动APP端采集土地利用现状调查数据与公示公告信息,并借助Web端实现对集体土地征收全流程的监督管理。在省域范围内进行的试运行结果表明,平台有效解决了当前集体土地征收工作中存在的信息化水平低、征收程序不规范、报批效率不高等问题,切实保障了被征地农民的合法权益。
