护理部联合药剂师参与出院用药宣教对乳腺癌化疗患者用药依从性的影响

The impact of the nursing department collaborating with pharmacists in discharge medication education on medication adherence in breast cancer chemotherapy patients

摘要 目的比较不同出院用药宣教方法对乳腺癌化疗患者出院后服药依从性的影响。方法选取2023年3月至2024年3月复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院收治的159例乳腺癌化疗并开具出院用药患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(采用药剂师联合护士共同宣教模式,n=79)与对照组(采用护士单独宣教模式,n=80)。比较两组出院用药依从性、心理状态评分[焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SDS)]、用药宣教满意度。结果实验组用药依从性为93.67%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院后1周,实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组用药宣教满意度为94.94%,高于对照组的73.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理部联合药剂师参与的出院用药宣教可提高患者出院用药依从性,改善患者负面心理状态,提高患者对护理部联合药剂师进行出院用药宣教的满意度。 Objective To compare the effects of different education methods of discharge medication on the post-discharge medication adherence of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 159 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy and were prescribed discharge medications at Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group(using the joint education model of pharmacists and nurses,n=79)and the control group(using the individual education model of nurses,n=80)according to the random number table method.The medication compliance at discharge,psychological state scores(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS])and satisfaction with medication education were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance in the experimental group was 93.67%,which was higher than 81.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after discharge,the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medication education in the experimental group was 94.94%,which was higher than 73.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The discharge medication education jointly participated by the nursing department and pharmacists can enhance patients'compliance with discharge medication,improve their negative psychological state,and increase their satisfaction with the discharge medication education jointly conducted by the nursing department and pharmacists.
