摘要
本文综述分析面肌功能电刺激疗法(FMFES)在周围性面瘫治疗中的研究进展。周围性面瘫指面神经核及以下部位发生病变导致的面神经及面肌瘫痪, FMFES通过精准选择面部肌肉刺激点,结合断续波的作用特点,可使表情肌产生强直收缩,促进面神经功能恢复。本文回顾国内外文献,就FMFES的理论基础、临床应用及最新研究进展进行综述。
This article reviews and analyzes the research progress of facial muscle functional electrical stimulation therapy(FMFES)in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Peripheral facial paralysis refers to the paralysis of the facial muscles and facial nerve due to lesions in the facial nerve nucleus and below.FMFES can accurately select facial muscle stimulation points,combined with the characteristics of intermittent waves,to induce tetanic contraction of the facial muscles and promote the recovery of facial nerve function.This article reviews domestic and foreign literature,providing a comprehensive overview of the theoretical basis,clinical applications,and latest research progress of FMFES.
