鲑降钙素联合益生菌治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of salmon calcitonin and probiotics for osteoporosis treatment

摘要 目的分析鲑降钙素联合益生菌治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法180例骨质疏松症患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组90例。对照组使用鲑降钙素治疗,观察组采用鲑降钙素联合益生菌治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、疼痛评分、血钙(Ca)及骨吸收标志物[抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(CTX-Ⅰ)]水平、生活质量评分。结果观察组总有效率96.67%高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的自发性痛、翻身痛、后伸前屈痛、负重痛评分分别为(1.03±0.76)、(0.58±0.45)、(0.92±0.44)、(0.84±0.53)分,低于对照组的(2.26±0.59)、(2.13±0.71)、(2.38±0.53)、(2.41±0.79)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TRACP-5b(2.76±1.01)μg/L、CTX-Ⅰ(236.27±37.69)μg/L低于对照组的(3.38±1.03)、(281.49±39.71)μg/L(P<0.05);两组治疗后血Ca比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛情况、睡眠质量、精神状态评分分别为(71.48±4.26)、(77.45±5.53)、(71.68±3.73)分,高于对照组的(57.31±4.15)、(60.86±4.23)、(61.24±3.27)分(P<0.05)。结论鲑降钙素联合益生菌治疗骨质疏松症的效果显著,明显改善了骨生化指标,提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。 Objective To analyze the efficacy of tsalmon calcitonin combined with probiotics in the treatment of osteoporosis treatment.Methods 180 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,90 cases per group.The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin,and the observation group was treated with salmon calcitonin combined with probiotics.The clinical therapeutic effect,pain score,blood calcium(Ca)and bone absorption marker[tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP-5b),typeⅠcollagen C-terminal telopeptide(CTX-Ⅰ)]level and quality of life score of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(75.56%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of spontaneous pain,turning pain,extension-flexion pain,and weight-bearing pain in the observation group were(1.03±0.76),(0.58±0.45),(0.92±0.44),and(0.84±0.53)points,which were lower than those in the control group[(2.26±0.59),(2.13±0.71),(2.38±0.53),and(2.41±0.79)points](P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had TRACP-5b of(2.76±1.01)μg/L and CTX-Ⅰof(236.27±37.69)μg/L,which were lower than those in the control group[(3.38±1.03)and(281.49±39.71)μg/L](P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood Ca between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,sleep quality and mental state in the observation group were(71.48±4.26),(77.45±5.53)and(71.68±3.73)points,which were higher than those in the control group[(57.31±4.15),(60.86±4.23)and(61.24±3.27)points](P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of salmon calcitonin and probiotics has a remarkable effect in the treatment of osteoporosis,and can significantly improve bone biochemical indicators and enhance the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
