专用工艺监控系统报警参数等级评价方法

Evaluation method for alarm parameter level of special process monitoring system

摘要 根据故障严酷度指标,构建适用于专用工艺监控系统的四维报警参数评价指标体系,结合系统特点提出每项评价指标的报警属性;引入1-9标度法,根据专家评判和多属性决策生成不同指标及其故障属性之间的重要性关系矩阵,然后结合层次分析法和理想解算法求解出报警评价指标一级权重值和对应属性的全局权重值;最后对全系统报警参数变量进行优先级排序并划分3个等级,对不同等级对专用工艺系统造成的影响进行分析,等级评价结果实际应用于报警监控系统,有效保障专用工艺系统的可靠稳定运行。通过系统长时间考核,所提方法切实有效,能够准确反映出系统报警参数的重要程度。 According to the fault severity index,a four-dimensional alarm parameter evaluation index system suitable for special process monitoring systems is constructed,and the alarm attributes of each evaluation index are proposed based on the system characteristics.The 1-9 scaling method is introduced to generate an importance relationship matrix between different indexes and their fault attributes based on expert judgment and multi-attribute decision-making.Combining the analytic hierarchy process and the ideal solution method to solve the first-level weight value of the alarm evaluation index and the global weight value of the corresponding attribute.Prioritize the system-wide alarm parameter variables and divide them into three levels,and analyze the impact of different levels on the dedicated process system.The grade evaluation results are actually used in the alarm monitoring system to effectively ensure the reliable and stable operation of the special process system.Through long-term system assessment,the proposed method is effective and can accurately reflect the importance of system alarm parameters.
