低温风洞模型姿态角系统软件研制

Development of Model Attitude Angle System for Low Temperature Wind Tunnel

摘要 为了满足低温风洞模型试验的模型姿态角测量需求,进行了姿态角系统软件研制。首先概述了姿态角系统的硬件组成,并针对硬件设计了基于模块化的“一主多从”软件架构。其次,针对传感器标定与设备防护的需求,设计了快速有效的参数拟合与温度控制策略,并详细地阐述了参数拟合的过程。最后,在风洞试验过程中使用本软件对模型姿态角进行温度变化与角度变化测试。测试结果表明,姿态角系统传感器组件在不加设备防护装置的情况下,攻角数据受温度影响的误差在0.008°以内;模型机构角度阶梯变化过程中,姿态角系统的测试精度优于0.009°;风洞试验温度从300 K至120 K变化过程中,姿态角系统内部的温度偏差小于2.5 ℃;均满足风洞试验指标要求。由此,可以说明所设计的姿态角系统软件参数拟合准确、温度控制稳定、软件便捷有效,能够满足低温风洞中的模型姿态角测量需求。 In order to meet the requirements of model attitude angle measurement for low-temperature wind tunnel model tests,software development of attitude angle system was carried out.Firstly,the hardware composition of the attitude angle system was outlined,and a modular"one master,multiple slaves"software architecture was designed for the hardware.Secondly,in response to the needs of sensor calibration and equipment protection,a fast and effective parameter fitting and temperature control strategy was designed,and the process of parameter fitting was elaborated in detail.Finally,during the wind tunnel test,this software was used to test the temperature and angle changes of the model's attitude angle.The test results show that the angle of attack data of the attitude angle system sensor component is affected by temperature within 0.008°without the addition of equipment protection devices;During the step change process of the model mechanism angle,the testing accuracy of the attitude angle system is better than 0.009°;During the wind tunnel test temperature variation from 300K to 120K,the temperature deviation inside the attitude angle system is less than 2.5℃;All meet the requirements of wind tunnel test indicators.Therefore,it can be demonstrated that the attitude angle system software designed in this article has accurate parameter fitting,stable temperature control,and convenient and effective software,which can meet the requirements of model attitude angle measurement in low-temperature wind tunnels.
