摘要
目的探讨肺表面活性蛋白C基因多态性与西南地区汉族肺结核/肺外结核的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2020年12月四川大学华西医院住院病房收治的确诊肺结核及肺外结核患者共509例,选取德阳市人民医院健康体检中心年龄、性别匹配的健康对照组581例。所有纳入人群均为无血缘关系的汉族。通过病例对照研究及亚组分析,探讨肺表面活性蛋白C基因多态性与西南地区汉族肺结核/肺外结核的相关性。结果本研究选取了肺表面活性蛋白C基因4个tag SNP位点rs2070684、rs1124、rs2070687、rs8192325,但因位点rs1124在多重体系中构建失败,最终纳入3个tag SNP位点。通过比较基因型分布频率及4种基因模型分析,结果显示,rs2070684、rs2070687、rs8192325基因多态性与肺结核易感性、肺外结核易感性均无显著关系。结论肺表面活性蛋白C基因位点rs2070684、rs2070687、rs8192325与西南地区汉族人群肺结核易感性、肺外结核易感性可能无关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between pulmonary surfactant protein C gene polymorphism and pulmonary tuberculosis/extrapulmonary tuberculosis in the Han population of Southwest China.Methods 509 patients with confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to the West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2013 to December 2020.Additionally,we selected other 581 cases who's age and gender matched as healthy control group from the Health Examination Center of Deyang People's Hospital.All participants were unrelated Han Chinese.We explored the correlation between pulmonary surfactant protein C gene polymorphism and pulmonary tuberculosis/extrapulmonary tuberculosis in the Han poputation of Southwest China through case-control studies and subgroup analyses.Results We identified four tag SNP loci of the pulmonary surfactant protein C gene(rs2070684,rs1124,rs2070687,rs8192325).However,due to the unsuccessful construction of rs1124 in multiple systems,only three tag SNP loci were ultimately included.By comparing genotype distribution frequencies and analyzing four genetic models,we found that the gene polymorphisms of rs2070684,rs2070687,and rs8192325 were not significantly associated with susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis or extrapulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion The pulmonary surfactant protein C gene loci rs2070684,rs2070687,and rs8192325 may not be associated with susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis or extrapulmonary tuberculosis in the Han population of Southwestern China.
