摘要
目的探讨家庭协同的集束化护理在小儿肱骨髁上骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2024年10月在深圳市儿童医院骨科病区接受治疗的90例肱骨髁上骨折患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施家庭协同的集束化护理。比较两组肢体功能、疼痛情况、肘关节功能恢复效果、家庭自我护理能力、并发症发生情况。结果试验组骨折愈合时间、肘关节活动功能恢复时间、疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后第1、3、7天的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组家庭自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭协同的集束化护理能有效促进肱骨髁上骨折患儿术后肢体功能恢复,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提高家庭自我护理能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of family collaborative cluster nursing in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods A total of 90 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus who received treatment in the Department of Orthopaedics Ward,Shenzhen Children’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received family collaborative cluster nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.The limb function,pain,elbow joint function recovery effect,family self-care ability,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time,elbow joint activity function recovery time,and pain relief time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores on postoperative days 1,3,and 7 of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of elbow joint function recovery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The family selfcare ability score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family collaborative cluster nursing can effectively promote postoperative limb function recovery in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus,reduce pain and the incidence of complications,and improve family self-care ability.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
