摘要
目的探讨个性化心理护理结合延续性护理干预对新生儿父母出院准备度及心理状态的影响。方法选取2022年8月至12月包头市中心医院新生儿科的70例新生儿及其父母(70对)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35对,常规护理干预)与研究组(35对,常规护理+个性化心理护理+延续性护理干预)。比较两组新生儿父母出院准备度及心理状态。结果研究组出院准备度量表中父母个人状况、婴儿个人状况、知识、应对能力、预期支持评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。入院时,两组新生儿父母的焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。随访3个月后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理结合延续性护理干预有助于提升新生儿父母的出院准备度,缓解其焦虑、抑郁程度,存在较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the impact of individualized psychological nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention on readiness for hospital discharge and psychological status of newborn parents.Methods A total of 70 newborns admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Baotou Central Hospital from August to December 2022 and their parents(70 pairs)were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(35 pairs,receiving routine nursing intervention)and the study group(35 pairs,receiving routine nursing+individualized psychological nursing+continuous nursing intervention)according to the random number table method.The readiness for hospital discharge and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of parental personal situation,infant personal situation,knowledge,coping ability,and expected support in the readiness hospital discharge scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the newborn parents scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After a 3-month follow-up,the SAS and SDS s cores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized psychological nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention to parents of hospitalized newborns can help improve the readiness for hospital discharge,alleviate their anxiety and depression levels,and has high application value.
