对比了IEC 61000-4-2:2025与IEC 61000-4-2:2008在静电放电(ESD)抗扰度试验技术上的核心差异。重点分析了IEC 61000-4-2:2025在ESD发生器参数与校准、实验室ESD试验要求以及安装后试验布置等方面的变化,并归纳总结了当前ESD试验中需关注的关键问题。旨在为标准应用提供指导,为国内相关标准修订提供参考,并助力相关领域深入理解与有效应用新版标准,从而提升ESD抗扰度试验的准确性与规范性。
This paper systematically compares and analyzes the core differences between IEC 61000-4-2:2025 and IEC 61000-4-2:2008 regarding electrostatic discharge(ESD)immunity testing techniques.It specifically focuses on the changes introduced in the new standard concerning ESD generator parameters and calibration,laboratory ESD test requirements,and post-installation test configurations.Concurrently,it summarizes the key issues requiring attention in current ESD testing practices.The study is intended to provide guidance for the application of the new standard,offer a reference for revising relevant domestic standards,and assist relevant fields in gaining a deeper understanding and effective implementation of the updated standard,thereby improving the accuracy and standardization of ESD immunity testing.
