摘要
习近平总书记关于意识形态治理重要论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,具有引领新时代的前瞻性。其形成从历史逻辑看,继承并发展了马克思主义意识形态理论,批判借鉴了社会主义国家意识形态治理经验,并在新中国意识形态工作实践基础上实现了理论升华;从时代逻辑看,有力回应了国家意识形态治理的战略要求、全球舆论格局“西强我弱”的现实困境以及数字技术革命带来的传播重构;从实践逻辑看,立足于中国人民精神文化价值诉求的升级,着力于推进社会价值共识的凝聚与文化自信的塑造。
As one of the important parts of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s exposition on ideological governance is endowed with systematic and strategic feature.From the perspective of historical logic,it inherits and develops the ideological theory of Marxism,and criticizes and draws lessons from the ideological governance of socialism countries.Meanwhile,it has achieved theoretical elevation on the basis of ideological governance practice in the People’s Republic of China.From the perspective of logic of the times,it responds to the strategic requirement of national ideological governance,addresses the dilemma in the global narrative,i.e.the west is more powerful than the east,and reconstructs the cultural communication in the digital technology revolution.From the perspective of practical logic,it aims to upgrade China’s spiritual and cultural value demands,and to promote the social value consensus and the shaping of cultural self-confidence.
